Our Aim
The aim of the school is to train the children to use their imagination, control their bodies and push themselves to achieve better self esteem and more confidence whilst having fun. Dance has long been recognised as an ideal method of aiding learning and improving co-ordination as well as being an enjoyable method of addressing health and fitness issues. The government is highlighting the importance of exercise in the prevention of illness, heart disease and obesity. Whether your focus is technique, flexibility or you’re just looking for a new way to work out and make new friends, you can find it here. Jennie Campbell
Teacher
I started dancing at the age of 3 years and danced professionally until 30 years old. My career has taken me all over the world to Spain, Italy, Syria, Cruises in the Caribbean, Belgium and many more countries. I have been in TV Shows with Bruce Forsyth, the Generation Game with the Tillers girls, danced at the Sunday Night at the London Palladium with the Tiller girl troupe with Sascha Diesel and at the Silver Jubilee for the Queen at Buckingham Palace. This was just one of many highlights of my career.
From dancing professionally I went into teaching full time. Having taught for 22 years at a local dance school, I then started my own school which I very successfully ran for 12 years and absolutely loved every minute with my little ballerinas all the way up to my adult ladies. I have now taken a change in direction, I still enjoy dancing and sharing my passion and love for dance but focus on choreographing Wedding Dances and have a dance consultancy business working in schools, dance schools and theatres.
